This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat comfortably sleeps six and is designed for rest, connection, and simple lake living. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Nightly rates vary depending on season, demand, and holidays. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required, with longer stays during peak seasons and holiday weekends. Pricing does not include cleaning fees or taxes. Special promotions, including discounts for week long stays, may be available throughout the year.

Fin & Paddle Cottage is more than just a getaway, it’s a place rooted in family, rest, and a love for lake life. Owned by Scott and Wendy Shuff, Louisiana natives who have enjoyed Toledo Bend their entire lives, this cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat was created to share that same peace with others. As parents of five and business owners themselves, they know the value of stepping away to recharge, and the lake has always been their place to do just that.
